The Gold Package is for the client who knows exactly what they want. Choosing the Gold Package allows you to fully customize your package to fit your specific coordination needs. This guarantees that you get exactly what you want from your coordinator, who in turn make sure you get exactly what you want for your perfect event.
The Gold Package starts with the price and all options listed in the Silver Package, you then chose what you would like to add.
•Additional Appointments: An additional full days worth of
appointments with your coordinator present and by your side.

•Additional Assistants: A professional coordination assistant
present for the day of the event to act as a personal assistant
to the client.
•Pick up of any needed items, coffee runs, steaming out
wrinkles in clothing, and all around assistance to keep you on
schedule and avoid all unneeded stress. $250.00
•Additional Events: Coordination of any events surrounding
your special day, such as engagement parties, bridal showers,
$1,000.00 bachelor/ette parties, morning after brunches and
rehearsal dinners $350.00
•Color and design: A meeting creating a vision board to enable
a clear understanding of your decor and floral vision $150.00
•The Green Option: Fully offsetting any events carbon foot
print. Carbon offset fees only. No coordination fee.
•Budget: Coordinator will establish a full wish list with you and
accurately price out every detail, you decide what to keep and
what to go in order to meet your budget needs. $150.00
•Welcome Baskets and Gift Bags: Design and delivery of
welcome baskets to all out of town guests upon their arrival.
Also, complete creation and setup of the ideal gift bags for all
your special guests. $200.00 excluding basket and bag
content.
•Organization: Client will be provided with custom up to date
spreadsheets indicating when payments for every vendor are
due as we draw closer to your event date, assuring no late
fees. $150.00
•Categorizing: Collection and categorizing of all RSVPs
received for your event. $150.00
•Contracts: Detailed review of all vendors contracts and
orders, to insure you get exactly what you want.

•Napkin Treatment: Coordinator will fold all napkins to
specified shape and adorn with ribbon or accessory. $150.00
•Candle Treatment: Coordinator will wrap your votives with
ribbon or accessory to customize them to your colors and
theme. $150.00
•Custom Table Numbers/Names: Creating custom tables
numbers/names that match the decor and colors of your
reception tables and/or invites. Renting directly from your
coordinator table number frames so that you no longer have
to settle for silver sticks with laminated white numbers.

•Spa Treatments: A truly pampering experience to set the right
tone and settle the nerves. A certified professional will come
to your hotel or home the morning of (or after) your event
with a wide array of treatments surly to meet your every
need. Available for just you, or your entire bridal party. Price
is based on number of treatments chosen.
•Glowing: A certified cosmetic practice has put together an
exclusive package for the clients of Les Belles Affaires
providing a wonderful price for Oxygen Facial, Juvederm, and
Botox. Helping our clients who desire a little "refresher" feel
like a million bucks.
•All Eyes on You: Don't feel nervous about your first dance. Be
able to enjoy the moment with your loved one without
missing a step. A wedding dance specialist will provide two
private classes, and a custom choreographed dace to your
song of choice.
